Evaporative element (Wet media) UC-CORE, it uses the water-absorbent polymer composite fiber (honeycomb laminated / adhesive type) and uses a non-polluting material that complies with the domestic Food Sanitation Law. It has passed mold resistance test, antibacterial test of textile products, and flame retardancy test, does not contain harmful substances according to the RoHS directive, and does not cause secondary fire or generate toxic gas.

There is no porous material that takes in odors. It has a structure that is easily released even if it adheres to the surface, and also uses a material with a low risk of odor generation.

Conventional humidification element is generally an interlaced type (inclined corrugated sheets are alternately laminated), which the passage of water sprinkling and air are intersected in a cross-flow.

Different from conventional type, UC-CORE is non-interlaced type (laminated only on one side). Water sprinkling is mainly concentrated on the air inlet side, and it flows down uniformly on the stepped honeycomb structure while in gas-liquid contact with the inlet air, and at the same time it gets moist and soaks the evaporative element with water evenly.

With this structure, the surface speed limit has been improved by suppressing water scattering.
